Grape varietals: Chardonnay | Pinot Noir
Strawberries, wildflowers, and biscuit define this delicate, food-friendly sparkling rosé.
The bouquet is fragrant with summer berries, brioche, and a hint of spice. The mousse is creamy and persistent, lifting notes of cherry skin, pink grapefruit, and floral citrus. The finish is clean and gently textured.

Winemaking Process
Gently pressed and cold fermented before traditional bottle fermentation and extended lees ageing.
Handpicked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are lightly pressed for minimal colour. Stainless steel fermentation preserves freshness. The wine is aged 16 months on lees in bottle and disgorged with low dosage, creating an elegant, dry, and expressive experience.
