This coastal Sauvignon Blanc blends fruit from our Noordhoek vineyard and Cape Agulhas. A crisp, expressive white with ripe tropical aromatics and a sherbet-tinged finish. Fermented cold and aged on lees, it’s an energetic and refreshing expression of two distinct maritime terroirs.

Grape varietals: Sauvignon Blanc
Gooseberry, granadilla and green apple with sherbet zing and a citrus-lime finish.
Cape gooseberry, kiwi and granadilla lift the nose. The palate is bright with sherbet notes and ripe pineapple. Crisp green apple and lime acidity provide length and freshness.
Winemaking Process
Cold fermented and lees-aged to retain aromatics and build texture.
Hand-harvested fruit settled for two days before fermentation at 11°C. Matured for four months on fine lees with monthly bâtonnage. Blended and filtered before bottling for aromatic clarity and clean texture.
