Tasting Notes

Grape varietals: Pinot Noir

Strawberries, cherry, and citrus define this elegant, all-day rosé.

Delicate and expressive, with wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry layered with subtle rose petal and citrus blossom. The palate is vibrant and beautifully balanced, with pink grapefruit, ripe summer fruit and fine natural acidity. A silky texture and subtle minerality add depth, leading to a long, refined and refreshingly dry finish.

Winemaking Process

Hand-picked at optimal ripeness, the Pinot Noir grapes are carefully selected before being gently whole-bunch pressed to preserve their natural freshness and purity. Following clarification, the juice undergoes a slow, cold fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. The wine is then matured on its fine lees, developing subtle texture and complexity while retaining the delicate aromatics, vibrant fruit and refined character of Pinot Noir.
